  • Customized air duct heater

    Customized air duct heater

Duct heater for air-heating systems, including surplus heat for heat recovery systems in homes or otherwise in connection with air duct systems.

  • Industrial air duct heater

    Industrial air duct heater

A duct heater is used to heat air passing through air ducts. Duct heaters are available in square, round, coiled, and other shapes to fit easily into a variety of HVAC and industrial ducts.

  • 415V 10KW Explosion proof industrial electric heater

415V 10KW Explosion proof industrial electric heater

Electric industrial heaters are used in a variety of processes where the temperature of an object or process needs to be increased. For example, lubricating oil need to be warmed before it is fed to a machine, or, a pipe might required the use of a tape heater to prevent it from freezing in the cold.

  • 440V 90KW industrial heater bundle

    440V 90KW industrial heater bundle

Flanged immersion elements are used for heating oils, liquids, and gases in large quantities. Also known as process heaters, they are available in variety of sizes and outputs to suit a wide range of applications.

  • 380V 300KW explosion proof industrial heater

380V 300KW explosion proof industrial heater

Electric industrial heaters are used in a variety of processes where the temperature of an object or process needs to be increased. For example, lubricating oil need to be warmed before it is fed to a machine, or, a pipe might required the use of a tape heater to prevent it from freezing in the cold.

  • 380V 1.5KW explosion proof immersion heater

380V 1.5KW explosion proof immersion heater

An Immersion heater is used to heat liquids, oils, or other viscous fluids directly. Immersion heaters are installed into the tank holding a liquid. Since the heater comes in direct contact with the fluid, they are an efficient method of heating liquids. Immersion heaters can be installed through a variety of options in a heating tank.

  • Industrial electric air duct heater

    Industrial electric air duct heater

Duct heaters are ideal to warm low-pressure air flow via convection heating. For cold and humid environments, the air flowing temperature of the duct will gradually decrease across the duct wall. For this case, an air duct heater would be useful to supply the required heat in order to warm the building. A duct heater’s simple design and installation is the main feature for this product.

  • Finned tubular heater

    Finned tubular heater

Finned heaters are constructed using WNH robust tubular element as the basis of construction. Fin material is continuously spiral wound tightly onto the element surface to increase the convective surface area for air and non-corrosive gas heating. Fin spacing and size have been tested and selected to optimize performance. Steel finned units are then furnace brazed, bonding the fins to the sheath to increase conductive efficiency. This allows higher wattage levels to be achieved in the same flow area and produces lower sheath temperatures prolonging heater life. For higher temperature or more corrosive applications, stainless steel fins securely wound on alloy sheath are available. Application conditions such as vibration and toxic/flammable media should be taken into consideration when installing heaters. Protective coatings are available for use on steel finned heaters for mildly corrosive or high humidity applications.

    Customized industrial heating elements

WNH Tubular Heaters are the most versatile and widely used source of electric heat for industrial, commercial and scientific applications. They can be designed in a wide range of electrical ratings, diameters, lengths, terminations, and sheath materials. Important and useful characteristics of tubular heaters are that they can be formed into virtually any shape, brazed or welded to any metal surface, and cast into metals.
