1. Installation points
1) The electric heater must not be impacted when installed, let alone tilted or turned upside down.
2) When laying the pipeline, its slope cannot be less than 3%.
3) If the valve is installed, it should be installed in a place that is easy to operate and repair, and the instrument should be installed in a place that is easy to see.
4) The insulation material used in the pipeline should have good waterproof performance, stable properties, and a certain compressive strength.
5) The shell of the heater should be connected to the electrical protection wire.
2. Pressure test requirements
1) The test pressure should be within the specified range, and the test medium should be heat transfer oil.
2) After the pressure test and purge, the system can be filled with oil.
3. Daily maintenance
1) The temperature of the heat transfer oil should not exceed the maximum allowable temperature. After being put into use, samples should be sampled and tested every 2 to 3 months.
2) Different oils cannot be mixed.
3) The temperature measuring instrument should be checked frequently to ensure the accuracy of the measurement.
4) During the operation of the heater, if it is found that the oil temperature is difficult to rise, the cause should be found immediately and eliminated in time.
5) The filter should be inspected and cleaned regularly.
6) The equipment should be operated and maintained in accordance with regulations.
7) Before the electric heater is used, a leak test must be carried out to prevent the electric heater from malfunctioning or problem, which may cause an accident.
