Feature

The materials of vertical flue gas pipe electric heater and horizontal pipe electric heater are: carbon steel, stainless steel SUS304, stainless steel 310S, etc. Choose suitable materials according to different heating process requirements.

For high temperature requirements (the temperature of the outlet is greater than 600 degrees), it is heated by high temperature resistant stainless steel Incoloy840/800 electric radiation heating tube, and the temperature of the outlet can reach 800°C

The vertical pipe flue gas electric heater occupies a small area but has a height requirement, while the horizontal type occupies a floor area but has no height requirement.

The flue gas electric heater is heated by a flange-type electric heating tube, and is equipped with a professionally designed deflector to ensure that the heating tube heats evenly and the heating medium fully absorbs heat.

Adopt power regulator to adjust, 4~20mA continuous signal to intelligently adjust power to achieve process control accuracy ±1℃

The explosion-proof smoke electric heater is equipped with protection functions such as over-temperature, anti-dry burning, over-current, short-circuit, and leakage protection, and has the functions of fault self-checking, safety protection, and sound and light alarm.

Using digital display intelligent temperature controller PID fuzzy adjustment, non-contact SSR control, dual instrument protection, to ensure reliable and safe work

Adopt the heater surface temperature protection and the double protection of the outlet temperature upper limit to ensure the reliable operation of the heater

It can be controlled by programmable control PLC, man-machine interface touch screen, and can be connected with the upper level communication.
