When the medium temperature of the nitrogen electric heater is close to the set value, the electric heater control system will perform PID calculation and automatically adjust the heater output power according to the output port temperature sensor signal to make the output port medium temperature meet the required requirements.
When the heating element of the electric heater is overheated, the overheating protection device of the heating element will be activated immediately, and the heating power supply will be automatically cut off to prevent the heating element from burning out, thereby prolonging the service life of the parts and obtaining a better use effect.
