The working principle of the electric heater is to use an alternating magnetic field to install a primary coil with a larger number of turns and a secondary coil with a smaller number of turns on the same iron core. The voltage ratio of the input to the output is equal to the ratio of the turns of the coil, while the energy remains the same. Therefore, the secondary coil generates a large current under low voltage conditions. For induction heaters, the bearing is a short-circuited, single-turn secondary coil that passes large currents at lower AC voltages, thereby generating large amounts of heat. The heater itself and the yoke are kept at room temperature. Since this heating method induces an electric current, the bearing becomes magnetized. It is important to ensure that the bearing is demagnetized later so that it does not pick up magnetic metal chips during operation. FAG induction heaters have automatic degaussing function. It is the use of metal to generate eddy currents in an alternating magnetic field to heat itself, and is usually used in metal heat treatment. The principle is that when a thicker metal is in an alternating magnetic field, an electric current is generated due to the phenomenon of electromagnetic induction. After the thicker metal generates current, the current will form a spiral flow path inside the metal, so that the heat generated by the current flow is absorbed by the metal itself, which will cause the metal to heat up quickly. This equipment is an energy-saving equipment for pre-heating or secondary heating of fuel oil. It is installed before the combustion equipment to realize the heating of fuel oil before combustion, so that it can reduce the temperature at high temperature (105℃-150℃). The viscosity of the fuel oil can promote full atomization and combustion, and achieve the purpose of saving energy. It is widely used in pre-heating or secondary heating of heavy oil, asphalt, clean oil and other fuel oils.

6. When heating fusible metals or solid nitrates, alkalis, bitumen, paraffin, etc., the operating voltage should be lowered first, and the rated voltage can be raised only after the medium is melted.

11. The magnesium oxide powder at the outlet end of the electric heating tube can avoid the infiltration of pollutants and moisture in the use site, and prevent the occurrence of electric leakage accidents.
